Recording starts with the call

When you call, one of our local tree service professionals answers. That person is an independent professional in our network and handles the tree work. Oak Leaf Tree Care itself does not perform the work. You speak with the professional about the tree, the property and the service you need.

Information collected during calls

Calls pass through our own call-tracking platform. Along with the full recording, the platform logs your telephone number, the date and time of the call, how long the call lasts and whatever you say during the conversation. Details you discuss about a service request are therefore part of the call information collected.

Describe the tree from a safe place and keep the conversation focused on the work. You do not need to approach a damaged limb or nearby wire to explain your concern. Remember that anything you say during the connected call is included in its recording.

Who receives call information

Recordings and call data are shared only with one of our local tree service partners who takes your call, the call-tracking service that runs the line and when the law requires. That includes the recorded conversation as well as the logged call details described above. These are the recipients of the call information covered by this notice.

How long information stays

Recorded conversations and their associated call details remain on file for the period necessary. The length of a recording matches the length of its call, from connection to the end of the conversation. Call duration describes how much conversation is recorded; it does not describe how long the recording or other call data is kept.

Visits and embedded maps

We measure visit totals, page views and device counts through Google Analytics 4 and Umami. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies. Umami runs on our own server and does not set cookies. There are no online forms or user accounts here, and the website neither processes payments nor displays advertisements.

Some pages display a Google map; loading that map sends your IP address and browser details to Google.
